December 23, 2011 - Corona, CA - It's been a banner year at Husqvarna Motorcycles North America (HMNA), and we're proud to close out 2011 on a positive note, having record motorcycle sales and multiple national titles to our credit. There were some technical climbs along the way, but with a full staff of dedicated motorcycle professionals at the helm, a steadily growing family of premier dealerships and of course, a core of loyal Husky enthusiasts, HMNA was able to find traction in the loose economic terrain and keep moving forward!
Our support infrastructure made some great strides in 2011. By accessing BMW Regional Distribution Centers we can now offer two-day shipping to dealers at no additional cost to the dealer. We reached another milestone in mid-November, when Husqvarna reached an all-time sales record under BMW care! Thanks to an outstanding line of 2012 motorcycles, a beefed-up HMNA team and our great dealer network - 18 new dealers in all for 2011 - we are able to close out a very rewarding year.
Take a look back at 2011 - a year fueled with focus and determination by our Husqvarna staff, dealers and racers alike - and see some of our many noteworthy milestones. 2011 Highlights
March 2011- Husky Has Winning Weekend With Lanza, Graffunder and BursonThe Zip-Ty Husqvarna team took the strategic advice of Caesar as they divided and conquered multiple races over the weekend. On Saturday, Jamie Lanza and Cory Graffunder teamed up to totally dominate the field at the Big 6 EnduroCross Challenge at Glen Helen, while Nick Burson and David Kamo paired up for a podium finish at the Best In The Desert Laughlin Hare Scrambles.
April 2011- Graffunder Grabs WORCS Win, Mastin Takes AMA Enduro and Another ISDE Team
- Graffunder Grabs WORCS Win, Mastin Takes AMA Enduro and Another ISDE TeamIt was another big weekend for Team Husqvarna as Cory Graffunder won the Pro2 class at the WORCS race in Anza, California, while Mandi Mastin won the Women's Class at the AMA National Enduro in West Point, Tennessee.
May 2011 - New Husqvarna Motorcycles Website Goes LiveHusqvarna has committed some serious resources to the North American marketplace, starting with a $12 million contingency plan and continuing by doubling its investment in parts and accessories to serve Husqvarna owners and dealers. This level of investment now continues with the launch of a dedicated North American website.

May 2011 - Husqvarna Demo Days Debut at USGP
Against the backdrop of the Glen Helen racetrack and the pageantry of the USGP, Husqvarna Motorcycles North America hosted the first "RiDE MORE" demo event. Guests were invited to swing a leg over brand new street-legal TE models and take to a course winding through the Southern California foothills.
June 2011 - Graffunder and Husqvarna Win WORCS, Takes The Lead in Pro2Zip-Ty Racing's Cory Graffunder headlined a winning weekend for Husqvarna racers across the nation, taking a win and moving into the points lead in the Pro2 class of the World Off Road Championship Series (WORCS) in Honey Lake, California. FAR (Fred Andrews Racing) Husqvarna's Jason Thomas also tasted victory in Pennsylvania, where another dominant win in the American Woods Racing Championship Series (AWRCS) keeps his championship hopes alive
June 2011 - Larry Roeseler Back With Husqvarna Motorcycles
Off-road racing legend Larry Roeseler is now back in the saddle with Husqvarna, the motorcycle brand that's as iconic as he is. The 10-time SCORE Baja 1000 winner may be racing trucks these days, but he still spends plenty of time on riding and racing motorcycles, and now when he does it will be on a Husky!
August 2011 - Husqvarna Riders Represent at X Games 17Center stage at STAPLES Center, live on ESPN and the talk of downtown Los Angeles... no it's not Kobe Bryant - it's EnduroCross making its X Games debut! Zip-Ty Husqvarna was there with riders Jamie Lanza, Ryan Sandoval and Mandi Mastin getting in on the action.

August 2011 - Husqvarna Motorcycles Reveals First Look at 2012 Models: Cross-Country TXC and WR Lineups
With the performance you demand on the trail, and the refinement you expect from Europe, the bold new 2012 line of Husqvarna off-road motorcycles has broken cover. Black frames, silver rims, new graphics and sleek styling define the Husky 2012 line. The first models to be released are the cross-country models, including the race-inspired TXC off-roaders and WR two-stroke motorcycles.

The 2012 line of Husqvarna off-road motorcycles made an early and complete arrival in the United States this year and members of the media and industry guests were welcomed out to The Ranch in Anza, California in September to check out all 13 models.

Husqvarna Motorcycles North America (HMNA) invited all its dealers out to Corona, California to see all the recent progress including the brand new Husky Headquarters and the full line of 2012 off-road motorcycles.

From coast to coast, Husqvarna North America has new dealerships coming on board, eager to represent the iconic brand! Among new dealerships now proudly carrying the bold line of Husky off-road motorcycles are 3 Brothers Racing in Costa Mesa, CA, Gateway Husqvarna in St. Louis, MO and Palmetto Motorsports in Miami, FL.
October 2011 - Husqvarna and Salminen - E1 World Enduro Champions!Husqvarna CH Racing Monster Energy Team rider Juha Salminen has been crowned Enduro 1 world champion, placing his TE250 on the top step of the E1 class podium at the GP of France. Following teammate Antoine Meo's crowning as Enduro 2 World Champion, Salminen's championship success brings Husqvarna's participation in the '11 WEC series to a triumphant close.
October 2011 - This Fall RiDE MORE On A New Husqvarna - Save Big On 2011 Models!
Husqvarna's 2011 Fall Sales promo made it more affordable than ever to RiDE MORE on a brand new Husky. In October and November, customers could combine factory-to-dealer incentives with outstanding low-rate financing from BMW for incredibly low payments on remaining 2011 inventory.
November 2011 - Husqvarna Celebrates Victory at Loretta Lynn's GNCCIt was a battle of FAR (Fred Andrews Racing) Husqvarnas in the XC2 class of Sunday's Loretta Lynn GNCC, and FAR racers Andrew Delong and Jason Thomas ended their GNCC season with a spectacular duel, going 1-2 on the day! Delong wowed everyone with two podium finishes at Loretta's- a third on Friday and a win on Sunday. In only his third-ever race on the FAR Husqvarna TXC250, Sunday marked Delong's career-first XC2 victory.
